What students say about Zoology

What sort of people choose to study zoology?

Contrary to popular belief, not just those that have been animal-mad since the age of two! The reasons for choosing to study Zoology are as diverse as the subject itself.

Many students certainly take the subject because of their love of animals, or of the outdoors. Others are attracted by the opportunities for international travel, or the challenging theoretical side of the subject.

Click on the links below to learn more about the varied pathways that have led some of our students to Zoology, and what they have to say about the subject.
