Typographical errors
The second printing in early 2004 includes corrections of everything here, so we have separated the list into recent and "fixed" errors"
We have acknowledged those people generous enough to send us details of mistakes that they found. In the list of typographical errors, most of those without attribution were passed on to us by Jean-Pierre Airoldi. Changes are indicated in bold face or strike-through text.
