To run the tutorials using R on your own computer , you will need to install the core of the R program, plus several supplementary modules (listed here) onto your computer. The current windows installation of R can be downloaded by clicking on this link, or from the main R site. Versions for other operating systems can also be downloaded from that site. The additional packages are car, hierarchical partitioning, multiple comparisons, pcurve, sp, and lme
